Who are we?
Cambiando Historias Colombia
Changing Stories Foundation´s purpose has been improve life´s conditions of vulnerable people mainly children in Bogotá Colombia.
Our objectives are focused on saving the environment, and environmental education, tree planting, tours in natural places with the kids and their families, promoving reciclying, reutilization and transformation of some materials.
At the same time, we are a bridge between people who could donate clothes, furniture or other objects and people that could need them.
Our Work
Some results since 2020
We have improved the living conditions of families, incluiding recyclers and their families through:
Environmental edcation: Visiting different natural places, learning about the species and care of them.
Educational workshops for children: Lecture, artistic and cultural activities
Providing food aid, prioritizing seniors and children
More than 800 Christmas gifts for children in state of vulnerability. Delivering second-hand help: clothing, beds, furniture, television
Goals and Projects 2024-2025
We have recovered and delivered more than 4,500 clothes to communities that need it, impacting positively the environment by reuse promotion.
We want to develope an upcycling project, working on textile recovery and its transformation process.
At the same time, we want to continue receiving and giving different second- hand donations like beds, dining rooms, furniture, electrodomestics to families in need.
Create 2 technological centers in the city of Bogotá, in order to provide access to virtual education to children
Hire at least 1 psycohologist to support children who present cases of child or sexual abuse and suicide attempts.
To create our cultural and Rock School for these children.
Our Goal

We want to rent a Headquarter, where we can develop our different programs, and we want you to be part of this dream:
📚Creation of a library: We have more than 300 books for children and adolescents, we do not want the importance of books to be forgotten, it would be complemented with homework asesories, if we have the staff to do so.
🍁Foundation Garden: In search of Food Security, we want to have our own space to develop our urban garden project.
🍀Technoclub: Space with computers, tablets and other technological elements to train children in our programs
🍁 Space to develop our "Closet Solidario": Collection, Classification and delivery of aid to the vulnerable community.
🍀Development of Upcycling Project and clothes recycling.
Estimated monthly budget: USD$4,000 for rent, services, to hire administrative and support Positions.
How could you donate or support?
- Would you like to participate in a tree planting in our city? In order for you to know our environmental work, you could join us in restoring the flora of our city.
- Can you donate a sum of money one time, or monthly to our Foundation to develope our programs?
- Would you like to donate an autographed instrument, merchandising, book, vinyl or CD, in order to auction it through our social networks?
- Can you donate tickets to your show in the city of Bogotá? With this donation we will be able to reward the work of volunteers who have worked in our Foundation, giving their time and love, motivating work for the environment and children in Colombia, or we could auction them in order to obtain resources.
- Can you donate a dinner, experience or backstage? Through the fundraising between your fans, we will be able to execute different programs for boys and girls from vulnerable communities in Bogotá.
